A collaborative effort

Talk to MothershipRealtor Tan said the video was a collaborative effort. He especially thanked the OrangeTee AAG division for supporting him in exploring his “personal interest”.

The entire video process took a few weeks, with Tan writing the lyrics and then collaborating with the real estate agency’s video team on the shoot.

The theme was chosen to “please the newlyweds” – the choice of song is pretty self-explanatory.

Tan also explained that special care was taken to ensure that the lyrics, with Chinese and English subtitles, matched the melody of the song.

Marketed before the video’s success, the property has already sold for $ 560,000.
